I subscribe to a service called Mac HelpMate so that I can help you remotely. Need help right now? Are we having trouble scheduling an onsite visit? Live far away? Remote support may be perfect for you. With my remote services, I can log into your computer and help you remotely. My remote services are billed in 15 minute increments at the rate of $115/hr. To use Mac HelpMate remote services, you need:
- A Macintosh running OS X that is at least booting up
- A broadband internet connection that can connect to web pages
I will normally install the Mac Helpmate software on my visit to your location. If for the software is out of date or needs to be downloaded I will walk you through setting up the software. The remote access software is a safe and secure way to solve simple issues.
